Return Policy
Due to the artisanal nature of our handcrafting process and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or accidental orders. Please review product specifications, measurements, and materials carefully before completing your purchase.
Exceptions for Refunds or Exchanges
We only offer a refund or a replacement under the following three circumstances:
Wrong Item Shipped:
If you received an item different from the one listed on your order confirmation.
Shipment Damage:
If the item arrives physically damaged due to transit.
Confirmed Shipment Loss:
If the courier confirms the package has been lost in transit and cannot be recovered.
Reporting an Issue
If your order meets one of the criteria above, you must contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date.

Clear photograph(s) of the incorrect or damaged item, including the original packaging.
Resolution Process
Once we have reviewed your claim:

For Damage/Wrong Item: We will provide instructions for returning the item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to you or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

For Loss: Once the carrier confirms the loss, we will initiate a replacement or refund immediately.
Condition of Returns
In the event of a wrong item being shipped, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition and in its original packaging. Muchakucha HK reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered.
Final Authority
Muchakucha HK reserves the right to exercise final discretion in determining the validity of a claim and the final decision on all returns, exchanges, or refund requests.
