SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE & AGE VERIFICATION

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service, without express written permission by us.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS, CRAFTSMANSHIP, AND CARE

Handcrafted Variations: Many of our products are handcrafted, due to the artisanal nature of our process, subtle variations in shape, texture, size, and finish are expected. These characteristics are the hallmark of unique, handmade creations and are not considered defects.
Product Integrity & Handling: Our products are designed to be durable for normal and intended wear. However, to ensure the longevity of your pieces, they should be handled with care. We recommend avoiding dropping, bending, or applying heavy pressure to handcrafted items. Muchakucha HK is not liable for damage resulting from improper handling, accidental breakage, or wear and tear beyond normal usage.
Accuracy of Display: We strive to display the colors and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, as each piece is unique and digital displays vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be a perfectly accurate representation of the physical item.
Modifications: We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice.

SECTION 4 - WORKSHOPS AND BOOKINGS

Registration & Payment: Workshop enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and is processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for all sessions closes 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date. In the event that a session reaches capacity before your payment is processed, Muchakucha HK reserves the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Once a booking is confirmed, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer rescheduling or credits for change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts.
Punctuality: To ensure the quality of instruction and maintain the schedule for all participants, no extra time will be provided for late arrivals. Attendees arriving more than 20 minutes late will have their registration automatically cancelled without a refund.
Right of Final Decision: Muchakucha HK reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute regarding workshop arrangements, participation, or safety protocols.
Safety & Liability: Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions. Muchakucha HK is not liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property occurring during the workshop session.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card details, so that we can complete your transactions.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways) or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of these third-party materials and shall have no liability for any transactions made in connection with them.

SECTION 7 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
