Order Processing & Lead Times
All Muchakucha HK jewelry pieces are handcrafted to order to ensure the highest level of artisanal detail. Please allow for the following processing times:
Made-to-Order (standard for most pieces): 7–14 business days
Ready to Ship (only if explicitly stated): 2–3 business days​
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Packaging & Gifting
Each Muchakucha HK jewelry piece is carefully protected in one of our original jewelry boxes (style depending on the size/type of the item).
To be environmentally conscious, orders containing multiple items may be packed together in a single box where possible. If you require your items to be individually packaged for gifting, please contact us before or immediately after placing your order. Please note that an additional fee may apply for extra packaging.
Regional Shipping Restrictions & Surcharges
Please note the following specific conditions regarding international destinations:
European Union (EU):
Due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) and associated compliance requirements, We are currently unable to accept orders or ship to any countries within the European Union. Any orders placed with an EU shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.​
United States:
Due to current Hongkong Post service limitations and the necessity of using alternative private couriers (such as FedEx or DHL), shipping fees to the United States are currently higher than standard international rates. These costs are calculated at checkout based on current carrier surcharges.

All orders are made and shipped from Hong Kong.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping on local orders over HK$500 and international orders over HK$800 (HK$2500 for the United States).​​

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Muchakucha HK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details regarding imports from Hong Kong.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
